Construction of four single-family homes by Oaxaca Interests, a Dallas-based investment, development and asset management company, is underway and quickly approaching substantial completion in West Dallas. This residential development will the first to use the Oaxaca’s Haciendas concept designed by internationally-recognized architects Lake Flato Architects of San Antonio, Texas. Haciendas will provide new homes at an accessible price point in one of Dallas’ most vibrant neighborhoods.
Design Principles Inc. was contracted to develop the construction documents for each lot currently under construction and develop the prototype documents for future site-adaptations.
