DPI is scheduled to design a new 3,000-4,000 net square foot high-end single-family residence in the Love Field area of Dallas, Texas.
The Client wants to establish a brand presence by providing high-end custom residential structures that are set apart from other vendors providing the same. This will be accomplished by developing design elements and concepts that can be remembered and consequentially associated with the Client’s brand. The Client wants the structure to be contemporary and modern without necessarily subscribing to a particular design vernacular. DPI will endeavor to provide sensory cues that are sophisticated and unique but also cohesive and not dismissible as mere whimsical ornamentation.
The building program will include a master suite, 2 bedrooms, 2nd floor media room that could be changed to a 4th bedroom, 3 ½ baths, 2-car garage, screened recreation space that can be converted into a media room, living area, kitchen/bar, universal dining area, utility space, and storage.
DPI will also assist with creating the Client’s development process and work with construction professionals assigned by the Client to accomplish the same. This work may include, but not be limited to, creating methods of procedure for early stage site development, bidding, supplier coordination, and construction.
