Infomart – Lobby Renovation
Dallas, Texas
This project consisted of remodeling the existing reception area and creating a new controlled entry lobby. We provided construction management services for this project. Our work included overseeing the bid process, coordinating construction sequences, resolving unforeseen construction issues, maintaining quality controls, enforcing compliance with building policies, and ensuring maintenance of the architect’s design intent.
