Ryan Residence – As-built Survey
Dallas, Texas
Originally built in 1940, this beautiful home had undergone several remodels and expansions over the years. The client had plans to further renovate the building and commissioned us to create an extensive set of documents detailing the existing conditions of the building. This included identifying wall configurations that at times used old world material sizes and units of measurement. Our work included floor plans, electrical layouts, HVAC layouts, roof and attic plans, finish plans, and site plan.
