As a part of the Spring Avenue Revitalization Project envisioned by ICDC, Mill City Town Retail is a 5,000 square foot spec retail building currently occupied by the My Children’s Pediatric Care system. The building is the first phase of a larger planned mixed-use development, The building was designed to be an upscale retail space that corresponds with its surroundings.
