This is a 2,100 square foot single-family residence to be located at Cross Pines Ranch.. The design program includes 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, a dining area, a living area, loft, and 1-car garage.
Located on a 5-acre lake front property, this house is intended to serve primarily as a guest house. However, it is also designed to work as a primary residence if additional space is not needed. The spaces were designed to be flexible with large open spaces that can be formal and informal.
The exterior look is a modern take on the ranch vernacular of the region and sets the tone for design of the “Big House.”
