Our planning goal for this project will be to create a pedestrian friendly front yard comprised of 11 single-family lots. Our client, ICDC initiated a partnership with Dallas Habitat which has resulted in the completion of a subdivision with more than 51 new single family homes which includes 13 “empty nester” units. These 11 lots face one of the main thoroughfares through the Mill City area. Our client wanted an eclectic set of elevations that would work as a gateway into the neighborhood.
