Design Principles has provided construction management services to the franchisee community for Church’s corporate at 18 locations in Dallas, the greater Houston area, and Rio Grande Valley. Our services included maintaining Church’s brand standards, assisting franchisee develop store layouts, coordinating construction sequences, and resolving constructability issues.
Our experience with this brand also includes prototype development and site adaptation. We worked with Church’s A&E department to resolve design and operation issues.
