This is was 3,000 square foot speculative single-family residence. Due to unforeseen client budget constraints, much of the original exterior detailing was removed during construction. The design program included 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a formal dining area, a formal living area, a common living, 3-car garage, and game room.
