DPI has completed the design concept for the Family Dollar location planned for the Mill Town Center area of Dallas.  The goal was to create a durable design that worked well with its surrounding that could  also be easily converted into a multi-tenant building without the need for major redesign or construction.

Family Dollar is an American variety store chain with over 8,000 locations nationwide.  Max Alley, a preferred developer for Family Dollar, is working with the Innercity Community Development Corporation (ICDC) to develop a new Family Dollar location in the Mill City area of Dallas, Texas.

DPI was hired as the exterior design consultant for the project.  We worked with ICDC and the City of Dallas to develop the five phase master plan for the Mill Town Center area.  Two phases have been completed to date – Mill City Town Centre Retail and Frazier Fellowship Residential Subdivision.  If developed, Family Dollar will complete Phase three.
