Design Principles Inc. will see its first original restaurant concept – B. Frank & Relish – go under construction in the coming weeks. We are grateful for the opportunity to assist with the development of the concept and hope to to see it grow from a single-unit concept to a multi-unit brand. The project will be located at The Boardwalk at Granite Park.
The Boardwalk is a 31,000sf restaurant development serving the Granite Park mixed-use business development located at the southeast corner of the Dallas North and Sam Rayburn tollways in Plano, Texas. B. Frank & Relish will be located in a tenant space at the center of The Boardwalk on the west side of the property’s center entrance. The space is comprised of a 2,230sf indoor and 1,323sf covered patio area looking out onto the pedestrian boardwalk and the lake beyond. The proposed layout provides:

41 outdoor seats
(2) wood fired grilles
(2) fryers & (1) 4-top burner
80sf walk-in cooler
192 sf of dry storage
(2) restrooms
17ft long bar
The space will use retractable doors in lieu of a standard storefront to open the space to the exterior during fair weather.
